La Abadía del Crimen (The Abbey of Crime) is one of the most emblematic video games from the golden age of Spanish software. The game, a rather atypical adventure, occurs during a seven-day period in which your hero, Guillermo de Occam, has to enter an abbey in the south of Italy to try to solve a series of murders that have filled all the abbey's residents with dismay.

Your job as you control Guillermo de Occam, then, is to solve the crimes by investigating the abbey and doing everything you must in order to do it. That said, if the abbot finds you outside your cell at night or you miss too many masses... you'll be kicked out of the monastery and the game will be over.
